Responsabilities:

Oversee the development and compliance of Packaging designs for product launchesConnect with co-mans to successfully deploy all new developments and arrange new productionsBuild and manage relationships with suppliers (mainly Packaging)Hold  meetings with customers when required to keep projects on track  and own all documents  and formats involvedHold meetings with multidisciplinary teams in order to interconnect efforts and move projects forward.Offer Support to USA teams in the review and approval of labels for import Compliance.Connect with Sourcing teams to review feasibility of upcoming opps and set volume allocation.Handle relationship with MX Regulatory agency (Deimos)Manage the MX Legacy catalogueDefine standards, methodologies and tools for Project Management processes.Manage the project pipeline and oversee the assessment, approval, and initiation of new projects.Identify and mitigate risks for projects underdevelopment.Communication with leadership to provide updates on project status, performance, and resource needs.
