Role is responsible for driving key Global initiatives in MES (Manufacturing Execution system) systems such as PAS-X, ANT Smart factoryetc. Role is responsible for organization change management in Product Centric IT Operating Model, owning the product roadmap to unlock value in Manufacturing IT systems and standardize the Manufacturing Operations Management. **Your responsibilities** + Work with Regional IT&D team to create as-is manufacturing process mapping of the IT and OT system of a factory. + Work closely with Cyber and business owners to mitigate the cyber risks and EOL components in the Applications. + Work closely with internal/ external resources to deploy MOM (Manufacturing operations management) applications across Factories and Markets. + Responsible for Optimizing the Cloud hosting costs of MOM applications. + End to end ownership of the MOM Solutions from roadmap, deployment to adoption and support throughout the product lifecycle. + Work with internal and external stakeholders to analyse the needs, define, and align product roadmap and help it to reach its strategic goals. + Act as the primary contact for queries related to the owned products - Setting up and owning Support Structure. + Accountable for IT Portfolio Management to improve IT Footprint, budgets- CAPEX/OPEX and IT Run cost. + Manufacturing Application Landscape Standardization. + Accountable for Proof of Value, develop business cases, and prioritize to ensure work focuses on those with a maximum value that are aligned with product strategy. **The experience we're looking for** + 6-14 years of experience in Manufacturing/ Supply Chain IT Platforms + Strong Domain expertise in IT Applications/Platforms like MES, IOT etc. + Hands on of MES Solutions (Both Level 3 & Level 4) both from factory and SAP side. + Fundamental understanding of Manufacturing Processes, IT Systems involved in Manufacturing/ Supply Chain, High-Level Architecture and Interfaces. + Product Management/ Product Ways of Working - Experience in SAFe methodologies would be an advantage. + High Initiative/ Ownership and Global Mindset. + Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. + Overall understanding of technologies used in the product. + Strong collaboration skills, with experience working alongside cross-functional teams. + A history of building robust stakeholder relationships and effectively managing expectations. + Able to deal with ambiguity and cope with change. **The skills for success** Project Management, Programme Management, Design Thinking, IT Service Management, Innovation Processes, Innovation, User Experience Design, Change Analyst, Change Management, Digital Transformation, Value Analysis, Change Management, Adoption, Technology Adoption Lifecycle, Stakeholder Relationship Management, Data Driven Practices, Advanced Analytics, Data Analytics, Governance. **What we offer** With inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.
