Quarterly Reconciliation with all the customers
Driving DIOH for the organisation
Implementation of TMS/ Drive digital agenda
Secondary Transportation/ WH expenses
Segmentation of cost at each cost head level
Partnering with Branch Logistic teams to drive efficiency
Identify inefficiencies in system & provide solution for the same
Monthly closing of Secondary Transportation/WH cost and discuss with FC
Ensuring control/ Hygiene in end to end process
Drive cost optimization/control agenda
Quarterly Reconciliation with all the customers
Implementation of TMS/ Drive digital agenda
Month End reporting
Monthly analysis Primary/Secondary/WH spends at most granular cost bucket level
Ensuring the correct provision reporting at sku /category level
MIS and Reporting: Preparation of Monthly
Support Business Team with analytics for decision making;
Balance Sheet review/Audit etc
Ensuring hygiene and complete detailing for BSR
Timely & correct reporting to controller group
Month review of BSR
Prior Experience:
Demonstrate a minimum of 3-6 plus years of hands-on experience in supply chain finance/Finance business partnering role.
Showcase a proven track record of successfully working in a large corporate environment, highlighting experience with the complexities and scale of operations
Experience in managing business partnerships and stakeholder relationships, emphasizing the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams and departments within the organization.
Skills:
Liaising with CSNL teams
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Good business acumen for problem solving
Competency with large ERP systems
Very good Excel skills
Confidence to deal with a range of stakeholders
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize a demanding workload
