For our factory in Timisoara, producer of telecom antennas, we are recruiting an Import Analyst to be responsible for handling import and export operations for EU transactions.
What you will do:
- Collaborate with the suppliers and carriers
- Collaborate with the other internal departments
- Monitor the status of the shipments
- Monitors the transportation costs and prepares monthly statistical analyses, reports
- Responsible for the generating of the UIT codes
- Responsible for compliance with OSH rules in his/her workplace according to the annex to the job description.
- Responsible for using Transport Management Sistem
- Responsible for knowing and complying with the Internal Regulations within the organization.
- Responsible for knowing and observing within the company the Work Procedures / Work Instructions.
- Responsible for the generating of the shipments in SAP
- Responsible for the generating of the purchase requisitions for reusable packages
You will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree
- General knowledge of SAP
- Experience with ERP programs
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes.
- Knowledge of industry standards.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail
- Solid knowledge of computer operation (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of measurement and control devices and methods.
- English – medium level
