Job Description:

Compensation Rate

$23.25 per hour + Benefits

Analyst III will be given requests for data, reports, or analysis with the expectation of understanding the business

need, identifying the source of the data, validating the output, and presenting the information to the users in a

manner that is relevant to them. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Develop data analysis methods for requestsGain working knowledge of business processesIdentify systematic sources of dataCreate reports, analysis, or graphs that accurately represent the data to the requestor in a usable formatCreate technical documentation for SOX complianceDocument work instructions for use of developed reportsEstablish, review, and maintain timelinesCommunicate status to upper management and internal customersOther duties as assigned

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

2 or 4 year degree or equivalent experience with emphasis in CIS, Database Management / Modeling, Mathematics, or related fieldStrong consideration for candidates with database, data analysis, and reporting software experienceKnowledge of developmental software languages (Visual Basic, SQL, or others) Ability to find solutions to challenging problemsExperience in process analysis and development a plusDeadline oriented and ability to work under stressful situationsAbility to prioritize and handle multiple tasksAbility to determine procedures and methods to be used to garner expected resultsMust be flexible and able to adapt to changing job responsibilitiesMust be able to learn processes quickly, break process down into logical divisions, and recognize opportunity for improvements.Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated.Must be able to communicate effectively with peers, as well as upper-level management.Must be able to build relationships and leverage resources.
