Analyst II- Transactional Services

This is a full-time hybrid role for Reinsurance Accounting and Claims based in Mexico City, Mexico. The role involves managing financial statements, working in accounting, premium and claim processing and collections, applying finance and analytical skills. The successful candidate will ensure accuracy and compliance in all financial and claims-related processes. While the role is primarily office-based, some work-from-home days are flexible.

 

We will count on you to:

Know and comply with US market regulations in reinsurance.Have knowledge of proportional and non-proportional reinsurance, quota share contracts, surplus, working cover, excess of loss per event and excess of annual loss, cedants, dealing with reinsurers and insurers.Proficiency in managing financial statements and performingPremium and Claims ProcessingHave knowledge of slips (claims from various reinsurers).Follow up on activities that are in progress.Experience with accounting and finance-related activitiesExperience in Treaty ReinsuranceAdministrative and operacional work

 

What you need to have:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field1 to 3 years of Experience in the reinsurance industryExcellent English written and verbal communication skillsAdvanced database management (experience with Power BI desirable)

What you need to have:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field3 to 5 years of Experience in the reinsurance industryExcellent English written and verbal communication skillsAdvanced database management (experience with Power BI desirable)Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with strong attention to detail in task completion.
