Essential Job Functions:\n•\tContribute to software development projects by writing, testing, and debugging code, under the guidance of senior team members.\n•\tCollaborate with the team to meet project objectives, actively participating in code reviews and design discussions.\n•\tAssist in the documentation of software requirements and specifications, striving for clear and effective communication.\n•\tParticipate in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, seeking guidance and mentorship.\n•\tLearn and adapt to software development practices and methodologies, actively participating in training programs.\n•\tContribute to the implementation of best practices and emerging technologies.\n•\tCollaborate with team members to enhance your understanding of software architecture and design.\n•\tContribute to the team's knowledge sharing and learning environment.Basic Qualifications:\n•\tBachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience\n•\tRelevant experience, typically 1+ years of relevant software engineering experience\n•\tProficiency in 1 or more software languages and development methodologies \n•\tBasic coding and debugging skills\n•\tEffective communication and collaboration abilities\n•\tStrong problem-solving mindset\n•\tWillingness to learn and adapt to the field\n\nOther Qualifications:\n•\tAdvanced degree in a related field is a plus\n•\tRelevant certifications or training a plus
