Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Analyst with experience in permitting to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce, with the ability to build and manage dashboards and reports. This role requires someone who can effectively communicate with local agencies and EPWC partners, ensuring smooth permitting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, manage, and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports.
Collaborate with local agencies to understand and facilitate permitting processes.
Communicate effectively with EPWC partners regarding permitting requirements and updates.
Assist the team with Salesforce-related tasks and provide support as needed.
Utilize and contribute to the company's Wiki for continuous learning and improvement.
Stay updated with Salesforce best practices and new features.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
Strong background in Salesforce, including dashboard and report creation.
Experience with permitting processes, preferably with local agencies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to learn and adapt quickly using available resources, such as the company Wiki.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Preferred Skills: Familiarity with EPWC partners and their requirements.
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in environmental or lab settings is a plus, but not required. null
