**Analyst I, Risk Management** **Location: 100% Remote, United States** **Type: Long-Term Temporary, W2 (C2C or Agency not accepted for this opportunity)** **Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:00 - 5:00 EST** **Must Reside in CST or EST** **Job Summary** : Primarily responsible for the day to day drafting and issuance of Stop Loss policies, and auditing sold case quotes for compliance and consistency throughout the installation process. Partners with internal departments in support of Stop Loss business and administration, consulting with internal business partners. Provides timely responses to questions associated with and Stop Loss products, documents process workflows, generates automated reporting and supports ad hoc projects that support the team. **Job Duties** : · Issuing Healthcare Funding Advantage Stop Loss policies using multiple systems, sources and tools; · Enters in tools and generates documents including audits of quote documents and case set-up in core processing systems; · monitors and resolves daily, weekly and monthly error reports; · provides feedback and consultation based on audits of Stop Loss quotes and case installation processes; · triages incoming inquires and requests to their respective senior analyst; · runs validations to ensure all cases have triggered successfully; · collaborate with other members of the Stop Loss COE and all support teams; · performs all other tasks as assigned. **Minimum Job Requirements:** - 2 years of experience in Excel (V/X lookup and pivot tables), SharePoint, Word, Outlook. - 1 year of Customer service experience. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
