Job Duties & Responsibilities · Analyze client data to identify discrepancies and recover overpayments · Review contracts, agreements, and supporting documentation to validate claims · Generate, document, and submit claims in accordance with company standards · Update and manage information in the claims management system · Communicate with vendors to provide backup documentation and resolve inquiries · Prepare and send claim packages to vendors and/or clients · Pull documents from buyers, contracts, and internal systems as needed · Support the audit team in various project activities · Respond to vendor inquiries with clear, professional written communication · Investigate and resolve issues related to client procedures or business operations · Meet productivity and quality targets for both volume and financial value of claims · Ensure deadlines and timelines for audit cycles are met consistently · Contribute to process improvements and share audit best practices · Other duties as assigned Knowledge & Qualifications · Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. · 2+ years of experience in audit, data analysis, claims processing, or a similar function is a plus. · Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · High attention to detail and accuracy. · Advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas). · Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. · Familiarity with audit processes or financial recovery is a plus.
