 Bioanalytical Team Analyst I-LC-MS preferred

Join the Bioanalytical team in Greenfield Indiana as an Analyst I. In this position you'll be analyzing in vivo samples primarily with LC-MS (Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry). Duties include but not limited to;

Conducts routine analyses independently in compliance with applicable methods, protocols, and SOPs.Documents work properly; maintains study documentation and laboratory records.Independently able to use and troubleshoot laboratory equipment as appropriate for assigned tasks. Provides input and participates in project meetings.Performs QC review of data.Recognizes deviations from normal results and informs Study Director, Principal Investigator and/or management of any problems and/or deviations that may affect the integrity of the data.Able to adapt techniques to new procedures or particular needs as directed.Contributes to a cohesive team environment.  Plans individual workload in coordination with team members.Assists in evaluating data for report preparation and experiment modification as directed.Interacts with internal and external clients. Daytime work hours, no weekend required.Pay Rate $23-$26 per hour, All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data. 

Education/Qualifications/Experience

Bachelor of Science/Arts (BS/BA) degree in chemistry or related scientific field. Experience may be substituted for education.Familiar with the use of standard laboratory equipment.Basic knowledge of computers and software programs. Prefer but not required experience with Watson or other related LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System)Prior experience performing LC-MS (Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry) highly preferred.
