Adecco is hiring immediately for a **Sales/Operations Analyst** with a local client in **Fountain Valley, CA!** Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below! + **Pay:** $ 25.00-32.00/hr + **Shift/Hours: Onsite** + Monday - Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm **Responsibilities:** Responsibilities include but not limited to: • Complete invoice processing, complete purchase requests and change notice preparations, and process departments budget transfers • Support payment and billing activities for business units • Interface with vendors and business units to resolve billing/payment problems • Create, entry, and track of all Purchase Requests, POs, and Check Requests • Coordinate activities between the Genesis departments and Finance; interact with Genesis/Financing/Accounting to review related budgets/spending & analysis • Support with all activities related to the preparation and submission of the Division’s annual budget • Support month-end and year-end accounting activities to ensure timely and accurate reporting • Assist management in the areas of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance measurement analysis • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate existing processes to increase efficiency • Support management with initiatives and ad hoc projects, as needed • Timely completion of assigned tasks **Requirements:** • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Two to Four years of Finance or Accounting work experience • Automotive OEM experience a plus • Excellent problem solving, analytical skills, written and oral communication skills, organizational skills, and time management skills • Ability to adapt to changing priorities. • Ability to function as a reliable member of a team and proactively resolve problems Strong computer skills – SAP, Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook **Pay Details:** $25.00 to $32.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
