Global Cash Management is looking for a Front Office Product specialist, within our Global Transactional Banking Business, based in our HQ office in Boadilla del Monte, Madrid.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As an Analyst for Global Cash Management, you will be performing the role of Front office Product specialist.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

1. Product Strategy and Evolution:

Contribute to analysis and interpretation of key indicators (clients, market, regulation) in order to create innovative and highly functional products for the multiple client segments across the group which are served by GTB Cash.Client requirements: support Senior Product Owners in the collaboration directly with our clients and client origination teams to understand the challenges our clients face in the different geographies where they operate, aggregating these needs – to create and develop solutions at a global level.

2. Product Design:

Research technology, innovation, and market trends in order to create / design new products for our existing and prospective clients;Understanding / keen interest with one or all of the following: APIs, Blockchain / Digital Assets, Artificial intelligence, and platform-based products, Treasury Management Systems (SAP, Oracle, Kyriba) – is a strong preference.Ability to interpret regulation as it relates to payments, capital treatment, etc. – also nice to have.

3. Product Execution / Delivery:

Support the Global Product team with execution of end 2 end new product delivery – including but not limited to; ideation, business case, global strategy, funding request, book of work management (coordination, oversight with COO), new product approval (compliance and legal approach) oversight of execution and implementation, go to market strategy – with Origination teams, (GAO, RAO, LAO), B&CF teams, clients, geographies, and wider SCIB stakeholders.

4. Product Measurement and in-life performance:

Support with the management of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics; aggregating information / data to global level, and using it to drive decisions regarding product evolution, modification and capex requests.

5. Origination & Product collaboration:

Strong Collaboration with Origination teams (both Corporate and Financial institutions)Building and prioritization of product development pipelineSupport with approach for clients (material, meetings, events)

EXPERIENCE

Product specialist / product experience, nice to haveExperience in field of banking / finance / technology, nice to haveExperience in Corporate and investment banking products – nice to haveExperience with platform business models – nice to haveInterest / understanding of emerging and existing technologies: APIs, AI, Blockchain – a major advantage

EDUCATION

Bachelors degree

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

Strong analytical skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong presentation skills
