Analyst - Configuration Management @Darwin

The Darwin CGD Delivery team are responsible for implementing Darwin™ to our clients, as well as managing any changes to the clients’ requirements whilst using the platform and its services. The CGD Delivery team plays a critical role in helping our clients realize value from their investment in our technology.

What can you expect? 

The opportunity to learn an in-house product that is being used as a platform for our global clients;

To support in the implementation of benefit builds within our Darwintm platform;

Exposure to a user-friendly interface – where the user is expected to apply configuration elements according to client requirements in order to deliver the product;

To collaborate and communicate with a team of specialists to build the best products for our clients;

To deliver peer reviewed and tested projects according to Darwin’s employed model;

We will count on you to: 

Be able to perform configuration on projects with basic complexity supported by seniors;

Follow quality standards according to quality objectives;

Deliver assigned tasks according to project requirements and deadlines;

Provide support on other projects when needed;

Inform all relevant stakeholders if any tasks cannot be performed or are delayed by internal or external factors

What you need to have:

Analytical skills and attention to details;

Good grasp of spoken and written English.

Pro-activity when communicating with stakeholders and Leads;

Have ownership and accountability over configured projects; 

Team player mind-set;
