You will work under the guidance of the Finance Manager or Senior Analyst to maintain finance transactions, data, systems and reporting. You will also collect data and perform detailed checks/controls.
**How you will contribute**
You will:
+ Execute aspects of finance planning and performance management process and related financial decisions potentially including Annual Contract planning/forecasting, target development, financial performance reporting/analysis, financial modeling and decision support for a focused scope within a region, business unit, country, Supply Chain, Mondelēz International Business Services or Corporate Finance team. You will also execute data collection and prepare data integrity checks
+ Contribute to a strong controls and compliance environment in your area of scope and ensure full compliance with our policies
+ Execute ad hoc analyses and projects as requested by the Finance Manager or Senior Analyst
+ Support projects to improve efficiencies and improvements to ways of working and embrace a mindset of continuous improvement
+ Contribute to a high-performing Finance team. You will also invest in personal development and the development of your Finance peers

**More about this role**
**What you need to know about this position:**
+ Monthly Blackline GTN (Gross To Net) balance sheet reconciliation
+ Ensure availability of robust proof of performance (POP) on various Gross to Net (GTN) activities prior to settling payment.
+ Monitor and track variance analysis on payment Vs accrual on GTN spend especially on Incentives for TT (Traditional Trade) and MT (Modern Trade), share drivers for variance and resolve root cause with stakeholders.
+ Generate customer ranking analysis on Incentive Utilization across region to management and stakeholders to aid insightful review with commercial team.
+ Maintain database of trade promotions approved and actuals incurred along with post evaluation reports to drive compliance and visibility.
+ Collate data and analyze for quarterly van BEP report (Break Even Point) and reconciliation of customer van related transactions with commercial team.
+ Drive controls and process improvement actions in ways of working, timely close out on MAPs (Management Action Points) and non-repeat of audit gaps.
+ Strengthen adherence of Field Sales team to business policies and procedures and drive zero tolerance on control issues as they relate to Sales policies by serving as 1st point of gate keeping on operations and controls ambassador.
+ Collate data to assess distributor capabilities (such as Health check status, working capital and customer profitability monthly/quarterly)
+ Plan for periodic trade visit with field team and general finance to build business acumen in Finance, obtain feedback and suggest improvement actions.
+ Engage in periodic stock count exercise at selected customer location to test for compliance and suggest improved ways of working.
+ Populate monthly RF (Rolling Forecast) G2N budget per category for review on manual template.
+ Create and maintain trade deal agreements on Power automate tool and SAP with respect to approved Trade spend.
+ Drive effective collaboration with commercial team and other critical stakeholders as it impacts order to cash business process.
+ Ensure data for input file on DOS (Days of Supply) also known as Trade Inventory is available and credible ahead of demand review.
+ Prepare and maintain accurate records on actual vehicle repairs spend MoM (Month on Month) to ensure budget conformity.
+ Stand in for Senior Finance analyst and take up any other duty as assigned.
+ Coach and motivate contract staff.

**Education / Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- System skills with working knowledge of SAP BW; FIT (Finance Intelligence Tool) and Excel
- At least 5 years working experience in a manufacturing/FMCG financial accounting environment in a financial analytical role.
