Your Tasks
Your journey begins in "Corporate Finance" (D&CA) where you'll spend the first 12 months. Afterwards you rotate through different departments picking up a wide array of different skills and experiencing the best of all worlds.From day one, you are an integral part of the ECG and its concept, gradually immerse yourself in our day-to-day operations and soon work alongside our Senior Specialists resp. Originators in all aspects of client advisory and management.You learn from your experienced colleagues how we prepare pitches and proposals for existing and new customers and quickly take on your own responsibility, for instance for careful analyses (e. g. rating analysis or on financial modelling). We can also quickly count on you for ad-hoc projects and analyses.Be it project execution on debt advisory projects and/or broader enabling topics / multi-product projects / pitches including preparing customary marketing materials, client interaction, financial analysis, client reports, the virtual dataroom, or investor management: You take part in every aspect of our work – and learn what suits you best.You actively contribute to debt advisory and/or multi-product mandates and take full responsibility for specific workstreams.Staying informed about current market developments, you prepare corresponding market and (pricing) updates.Throughout, your focus is always on the qualitative and ethical standards of ING, actively contributing to maintaining our impeccable reputation.Our common goal: to equip you with excellent expertise in 36 months so that you can decide which area within our CM&A teams suits you best.Your Profile
