What You'll Do

As an Analyst – BCG Vantage on our Topic Activation path within BCG's People and Organization Practice Area with a focus on the Culture, Transformation & Change Management topic, you will work in a growing global team, providing functional expertise and insights, while working together with case and proposal teams to deliver expert advisory

 

Additionally, you will support your topic in developing existing & new intellectual property and knowledge assets. You will work on commercialization efforts for the topic, with business leaders, supporting marketing efforts, conferences and publications. As an Analyst – BCG Vantage you will assist with on-boarding, training and guiding junior colleagues and share best practices within the team.

 

In the People and Organization Practice Area, we focus on Organization Design & Operating Model, Talent and Skills, and Culture, Transformation & Change Management. Within Culture, Transformation & Change Management, we focus on delivering change across organizational leaders, employees, and programs. As an Analyst – BCG Vantage you will focus on Culture, Transformation and Change Management.

What You'll Bring

Master's degree relevant to culture, transformation & change management; 1+ year of relevant work experience in culture & change management preferredOr Bachelor's degree, with strict minimum of 1+ year consulting experience or 2+ years of relevant industry work experience in culture & change managementFluency in EnglishStrong business acumen and problem-solving capabilitiesStrong written and verbal communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders
