About the Role # Participation in decision making and ensures compliance to sustenance procedures across India & SL. # Monitoring of alerts coming from monitoring systems (PCG & CCG). # Constantly review the GRC controls defined in light of changing business processes (PCG & CCG). # Owner for remediation exercise for all GRC control issues across India and SL. # Takes action on fraudulent / suspicious transactions as per defined escalation matrix. # Participate in decision making for control design . # Front ends all GRC audits across geographies with Deloitte and E&Y. # Handling team to ensure sustenance procedures are complied with and guide and coach them on the GRC procedures. # Qualifications and Education: Must have: 6-8 years’ Prior work experience and should have worked in Finance Operations with P2P/ AP/AR/GL/ FA & SCM. # Previous audit background or SME in control testing. # Good Knowledge of MS Office tool. # Knowledge of SoD concept and Role based access controls
