Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

·Perform data mining and independent research to assist in development of recommendations of the Analytics teamStrategize with other key stakeholders on how to best align information systems with company objectivesAssist Analytics team members with recurring and ad hoc reporting to support operational initiativesPerform independent research and data mining in Microsoft SQL Serveron issues, projects, and ideas that expand efficiency/capacityUpdate existing reporting in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerBI to summarize and monitor key initiativesEffectively communicate suggested changes to improve team consistency and performanceConducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the companyDevelop business intelligence reports for all functional areas of the businessAnalyze complex problems. Recommend and implement innovative solutions. Communicate requirements and partner with other developers toanalyze complex data and process issuesTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues, debug, tune and optimize data load and report performanceTest data pulls and reports ensuring data accuracyCollaborate and coordinate with developers and Business Analysts to analyze complex problems and recommend innovative solutionsProvide end-user and support desk support and provide resolutionsAssist users with reporting navigation or data questions
