Job Title: Support Specialist

 

Who you are:

 As a Support Specialist, you will provide exceptional customer service and technical support to clients and end-users. Your primary responsibility will be to troubleshoot issues, resolve inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience.

 

Your Role:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to products and services.Document and track support requests using a ticketing system.Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.Provide training and guidance to customers on product usage.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services.Assist in the development of support documentation and FAQs.Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
