Make your mark for patients
We are looking for an Analyst who is a team player, hands-on, and solutions minded to join our Analytical Development Sciences (ADS) department, more precisely in the Specs Clinical Release & Stability (SCRS) team, based at our UCB campus located in Braine-l’Alleud, Belgium.
About the role
You are going to contribute to the release and stability testing of our early-stage NBE/NCE molecules. You will perform laboratory analyses, support investigations, and help transfer and validate analytical methods using UHPLC and Capillary Electrophoresis techniques.

What you will do
You will perform UHPLC and EC analyses on early-stage NBE/NCE molecules.You will be responsible for data integrity, deviation follow-up, and supporting investigations.You will manage method transfers and contribute to co-validations or verifications.You will collaborate with scientists and analysts across project teams.You will author and review analytical documentation and protocols.You will contribute to continuous improvement and technical problem-solving.

For this role, we are looking for the following education, experience, and skills:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Analytical Sciences, Biochemistry, or Analytical Chemistry.Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar analytical role.Strong expertise in UHPLC; experience in CE techniques is a plus.Proficiency in writing analytical documentation under GMP standards.Ability to support technical issue resolution and investigations.Good command of English, especially for reading scientific document
