Manages escalated calls, complaints, questions, and queries as necessary to provide timely advice on internal enquiries.

Organizes, plans, and monitors communications on topics of medium level complexity from contract through implementation and follow-through with internal and external stakeholders.

Supports internal stakeholders by completing tasks such as record keeping, entry into CRM system, and running system reports to improve service.

Learns and adheres to Company's Errors and Omissions avoidance policy, brokerage standards, and continues to learn new policies and standards through receiving (and requesting) structured feedback and training.

Identifies opportunities for improvement within operational processes to better and/or more efficiently serve stakeholders.

Maintains a solid understanding of the core aspects of relevant Insurance and related legislation.
