Join MUFG, where being inspired is expected and making a meaningful impact is rewarded. **Position: Analyst** **Planning and Risk Management Department** **Business Continuity Management (BCM)** + Responsible for preparing branch’s Crisis Risk Management (CMM) + Responsible for conducting the Global Control Self-Assessment Survey (GCSA) Semi-Annual. + Responsible for conducting the Emergency Drill, Evacuation Drill & Business Recovery Drill (Annually). + To conduct the BCP training for staff awareness. (Tabletop exercise for Fire break out, Pandemic, Electricity cut-off, etc.) (Annually) + To conduct the BCP annual exercise. + To perform Risk Assessment/ Business Impact Assessment and other period assessment in co-operation with relevant parties within the branch and ARMO. + Coordinating the New Product Assessment (NPA) to start the new products. **Planning & Self-Inspection** + Responsible to Co-ordinate with inter-department for setting up the branch’s Annual Activities Plan as well as APAC country head meeting material and taking follow up action throughout the years with relevant Business Units (BUs) to achieve annual targets. + Effectively involve in branch wide projects as control tower when management assigned to planning department. + Overseeing the process of making ODH and MAR report as well as branch expense budget control and expense pipeline report for COO-I and report to POA (both customer’s profit data and branch expense) + Provide efficient support to senior to find a room to improve the automation process for current ODH report in Data Management System (DMS) + To create the SI check item list at the start of the year and conduct the regular SI check to mitigate the operational risk. + Conduct the regular reporting of SI check result to GFCD without any delayed. + Following-up on the Head Office or IA’s findings & recommendations (If any) **Requirements:** + Strong verbal and written communication abilities are essential for explaining banking concepts, management directions, business strategies in a way that is easily understood by other staff members. + Understanding of Business Operation, with a solid understanding of management's direction and business strategy is vital for contextualizing information within the broader business environment. + Technical Proficiency in using presentation software and tools, such as PowerPoint, Excel, and other Microsoft tools, is necessary for creating professional presentations. + Ability to modify presentation style and content based on management's needs and feedback is important. + Organizational and Planning Skills are required for effective planning, organization, communication, and negotiation skills are key to ensuring smooth interactions with other business units within the branch.
