Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. As part of this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in analyzing financial data, improving reporting processes, and ensuring the accuracy of budgetary procedures. Responsibilities:
• Prepare and deliver accurate monthly financial reports, ensuring compliance with established protocols.

• Support budget processes by providing detailed data analysis and insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline reporting tools and enhance data quality.
• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to optimize workflows and improve efficiency.
• Monitor customer satisfaction metrics related to financial reporting and address areas for enhancement.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality financial outputs.
• Contribute to the development of protocols that improve reporting accuracy and reliability.
• Evaluate current practices to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions.
• Ensure all reporting complies with organizational standards and regulatory requirements. Requirements • Strong understanding of financial analysis principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in preparing and interpreting financial statements and reports.
• Experience with budget processes and related analytical tasks.
• Familiarity with reporting tools and best practices for improving data quality.
• Ability to identify and implement process improvement initiatives.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
