Job Description

As Accounts Receivable Analyst 2, he is the focal person of all rebates programs in his area and managing the day to day activities related to Accounts Receivables 
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Focal point for global rebate programs & rebate bulletin Load system data required to calculate earned creditsAnalyze distributor deductions and reconcile to pricing earned rebate credits and resolve disputes / discrepancies Responsible for timely communication of credit memos and contract notices.Helps perform necessary activities; prepare reports and documents for monthly and quarterly close.Provide support and training to customers rebate submission processManage files, records, transactions and other office procedures and maintain audit trailEnsure targets, measurements and service levels are met

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

Worked in SSC or BPO environmentAccounts Receivable background or experienceCan work on a night shift

PREFERRED:

Accounting graduate preferredFlexibility in work schedule 

SKILLS:

Oracle and or SAP experiencedExcellent written and oral communication, interpersonal and relational skills, with the ability to quickly develop relationships of trust and confidence with a variety of people and personalities, at all levels within an organizationSelf-motivated with the ability to effectively multi-task and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team environmentStrong active listening skills with the ability to ask thoughtful and probing questions to determine client needsAbility to make clear, logical decisions based on facts, taking into consideration the big picture, long and short term effects, and exercising sound judgment when handling complaints, confidential and sensitive issuesDemonstrated ability to deliver consistent positive results through influencing, coordinating and managing the efforts of others
