The Analyst, Webinars and Field Digital LATAM will support the execution of digital marketing programs across the LATAM region, with a strong focus on webinars and virtual events. This role will work closely with Field Marketing Managers to localize, coordinate, and optimize digital initiatives that drive pipeline and customer engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the execution of webinars and virtual event programs across LATAM (Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Peru).Manage webinar logistics: platform setup (e.g., ON24, Zoom), speaker coordination, dry runs, technical checks, and post-event follow-up.Collaborate with Field Marketing Managers to localize and execute field digital tactics aligned to campaign objectives.Track, measure, and report on program performance (attendance, engagement, leads, pipeline impact), making recommendations for continuous improvement.Coordinate with design, content, and operations teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with branding guidelines.Maintain and optimize webinar processes and documentation to ensure consistency and scalability across the region.Support budget tracking and vendor coordination for digital event services when needed.Requirements1–3 years of experience in B2B marketing or events, preferably in tech or SaaS industries.Familiarity with digital marketing channels and platforms, especially webinar tools like ON24 or Zoom.Strong project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Data-driven mindset with experience in tracking KPIs and using insights to optimize performance.Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English. Spanish is a plus.Collaborative spirit with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.Preferred QualificationsExperience working in a regional or global organization.Understanding of the LATAM B2B market landscape and regional nuancesAccommodations
