RESPONSIBILITIES:

Researching target industries, market and competitor informationInterviewing clients, including face-to-face meetings, to gather data and information pertinent to the engagementWorking with management to build and maintain client relationshipsIdentifying and communicating potential engagements to managementReporting and presenting analyses and conclusions including written reportsPerforming valuation of private equity and venture capital investments in a variety of industries.Reviewing transaction agreements and capital structures to understand rights of different share classes.Performing business and intangible assets valuation engagements for fair value measurements and transactionsDeveloping financial models for transaction and valuation engagements

 

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, MBAUp to 1 or 2 years of valuation experience or fresh graduates with valuation exposures and strong valuation fundamentals, will be an advantage Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent computer skills such as MS Word and ExcelProficiency in spoken and written English and Vietnamese. Further, proficiency in other Asian languages such as Mandarin, Korean etc. will be considered favorably. Excellent written and verbal communication skills that help represent diverse communitiesExperience working with diverse teams
