The objectives for Malaysia are to enhance the scalability of their global operations, improve service quality via their ‘centres of excellence’ and to implement/leverage standardised processes globally.

Regulatory Reporting Team within U.S. Finance is seeking an Analyst to assist in the production of the required structure regulatory reports submitted to the FRB, and other regulators.

What will you do?

Assist in report preparation, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of the structure regulatory reports includingFR Y-10 Report – Report of Changes in Organizational StructureFR Y-6 Report – Annual Report of Holding CompaniesFR Y-7 Report – Annual Report of Foreign Banking OrganizationsFR Y-7Q Report – Capital and Asset Report for Foreign Banking OrganizationPartner with various internal stakeholders i.e. Legal, Compliance, Line of Business units, Financial Controllers, Operations, Subsidiary Governance) for timely and accurate submission of events.Identify and escalate data quality issues identified during report preparation.Manage and report on work status, including escalating execution risks in a timely manner.Contribute to key strategic initiatives and perform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.Work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize work to meet deadlines.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. CPA or CA Equivalent preferred.Minimum 1-3 years of professional experience in a Financial Services company, preferably with a focus in Finance, Risk, Regulatory ReportingSkillful in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)Excellent oral and written communication skills with a keen sense of customer service.Detailed oriented, Self-starter and takes initiative.The ability to be process-oriented with great documentation skills.Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and drive lasting impactWork in a dynamic, collaborative, progressive and high-performing team
