Our intention is that this role, dedicated to the Advanced Materials business, will be a part of this future transaction when the separation occurs. This position is intended to convey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materials when the separation occurs. This is expected to occur in late 2025 or early 2026.

\n

As an Analyst on the Global Benefits team, you will serve as a subject matter expert for benefit initiatives and provide ongoing support to the Global Benefits Team. You will support the Total Rewards team through the management of Health and Insurance (H&I), defined contribution Savings, Defined Benefit Pension programs and Supplemental Benefits. You will support the management and execution of our Global Benefit strategy globally and partner with internal stakeholders to ensure effective financial management, communication and administration of our benefit plans.

Key Responsibilities

\n\nSupport the development and execution of a Global benefits Strategy\nMonitor industry trends and emerging legislative and regulatory issues in partnership with internal counsel\nWork with our communication partners to effectively communicate changes\nProvide technical expertise with vendor management, financial management and the analysis of data and analytics to inform change\nManage suppliers globally

YOU MUST HAVE

\n\nMinimum of 2 years of experience in benefits management or related field\nStrong knowledge of employee benefits programs and regulations globally\nStrong understanding of US benefits, including defined benefit pensions\nGood understanding of health & insurance and defined benefits pension schemes globally\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\n\n

WE VALUE
