Position Summary
This professional position supports the global Total Rewards team in the day-to-day analysis, execution and communication of programs and policies related to global Total Rewards. This colleague will have exposure and interaction across the Total Rewards team, with a specific focus on Performance Management, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, and Culture.
Responsibilities
+ Understand day-to-day operations, processes, and deliverables within Total Rewards, specifically in the Global Talent Team, that can be better understood with data
+ Compile and analyze data and develop clear visualizations to convey complicated information in a straightforward fashion
+ Identify gaps, anomalies, and data points to help continuously improve our Total Rewards programs, and support lessons learned activities
+ Support global background screening process, including vendor management, systems support and program administration
+ Provide support to the annual Performance Management process, including Talent Review and year-end Performance Management
+ Provide support to Recognition programs
+ Provide reporting and analysis support in administering Engagement surveys
+ Administer tracking and updates to the global Talent Acquisition budget and central training/capability budget
+ Manage onboarding platform and provide ad-hoc support for any onboarding project work
+ Create and maintain various scorecards and dashboards related to Talent
+ Own Talent Analytics, including reporting, providing data & insights in meaningful formats to drive decisions, and collecting feedback from HRBP, Managers, & candidates to improve experience.
+ Support hourly workforce Rewards processes
+ May perform additional duties as assigned
What we are looking for
We are looking for candidates that will have the following skills and experience
+ Effective English language written and verbal capability required
+ Ideal candidate is curious, a self-starter, fast learner, and always thinks customer first
+ Has effectively demonstrated a constructive problem-solving approach to obstacles that tactfully holds self and others accountable
+ Must have excellent analytical and technical skills to process and interpret data
+ Must be proficient in using Excel
+ Strong Presentation skills, including developing presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint
+ 1+ years of work in Human Resources- experience in rewards, talent, or compensation a plus
+ Strong project planning skills
+ Ability to work across cultures, including demonstrating flexibility on work schedule to work with international colleagues and vendors when required
+ Self-directed time management skills and the ability to organize and prioritize own workload
+ Able to work to a high level of accuracy
+ Willingness and proven ability to learn new software
+ Ability to effectively manage multiple concurrent work initiatives; can both organize and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
+ Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and drive for continuous improvement
Preferred Skills and Experience
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
+ Knowledge of Talent programs is preferred
