Job DescriptionWellBe Human Resources is seeking a motived, energetic professional to bring their broadbased compensation and benefits administration skills to a growing Human Resources department. As a Total Rewards Analyst you will be a key part of the team’s success by providing valuable collaboration with the HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, HR Operations, and other human capital functions. The Total Rewards Analyst will be responsible for assisting in the design, implementation, and management of compensation and benefits programs aimed at attracting, retaining, and motivating talent. This role includes conducting market analysis, evaluating pay equity, and ensuring the organization's compensation practices are competitive and fair. The analyst will also focus on aligning compensation and benefits strategies with business objectives while maintaining market competitiveness, internal equity, and compliance with
relevant laws and regulations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide support for the annual Pay administration process, providing key insights and analysisMarket price jobs, assign pay grades, and partner with HR to make strategic compensation recommendationsParticipate in outside consultant annual compensation surveys by gathering, analyzing and submitting compensation dataSupport the administration of incentive compensation programs, including tracking participants, calculating payouts, and developing communications materials Conduct internal pay equity reviews and recommend adjustments to maintain competitivenessProvide analyses to Finance for budgeting and forecasting, as it relates to Total Rewards programsAdminister and maintain job, structure, compensation, and benefit data in DayforceSupport the administration of benefits programs including health and welfare, COBRA, leave of absence, and retirement plans, ensuring compliance with regulationsReview, reconcile, and audit all benefits program participation, including vendor invoice reconciliationDrive process improvements in benefits administrationProvide support for annual benefits renewals, open enrollment, and compliance filingsProvide exceptional customer service in support of our employees, addressing their compensation and benefits inquiries with clarity and professionalism Job Requirements
Educational/Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree required in Human Resources, Finance, or another related field2+ years’ compensation experienceBenefits administration experience is a big plus
Required Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of compensation and benefits compliance, including ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, and FMLAStrong analytical skills with experience handling complex financial and process dataAdvanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, large data sets)The ability to manage projects independently and work cross-functionally with HR and leadershipExcellent communication and presentation skillsExperience utilizing HR systems, such as DayforceHigh level of attention to detail, accuracy and thoroughnessDemonstrated organizational and time management skillsProven ability to manage competing priorities and multi-task in a high-volume environmentDemonstrated problem-solving skillsDemonstrated ability to maintain confidential information
