YOUR ROLE
This position supports the strategic and operational procurement activities for Technology and
Professional Services categories, including SaaS, software/hardware renewals, IT maintenance,
and external labor and managed services. The Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring accurate
requirements validation, contract compliance, stakeholder communication, focuses on ensuring
continuity of service by maintaining proactive communication with vendors, resolving issues
related to payments, purchase orders, and service delivery, and ensuring alignment with
internal teams (finance, legal, sourcing, stakeholders). This role contributes directly to cost
control, renewal optimization, and procurement governance across global teams (US, LATAM,
EMEA).
YOUR ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
Procurement Analysis & Intake Validation
II. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES
Thoroughly review all internal requirements before processing any purchase request, including
approvals, clear business justifications, correct cost center or project codes, and proper
documentation
Validate technical and commercial aspects of the request, and challenge
stakeholders when requirements are unclear or incomplete
Ensure alignment with category strategy, contract terms, and renewal timelines
Analyze quotes, recurring cost structures, and identify potential savings
opportunities
Contract Management
Maintain listing of 3rd Party Contractors and Expiration dates
Work with resource managers to confirm whether extensions are required
Coordinate extension paperwork with sourcing group
Review all newly submitted and existing contracts to verify key terms such as
start/end dates, exit clauses, and financial commitments
Collaborate closely with the Sourcing team and the vendor to ensure timely and
correct release or renewal of contracts
Flag any contractual risks or misalignments early and follow up to resolution
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication / Process Optimization &
Reporting
Communicate effectively with multicultural teams (US, LATAM, EMEA) Communicates with clarity and diplomacy across cultures
Proactively provide updates, clarify next steps, and escalate when needed
Align priorities with urgency and service-level expectations
Maintain procurement trackers and tools (WSS, dashboards, etc.)
Run periodic reports to monitor project status, renewal timelines, and unassigned POs
Identify process gaps and propose improvements for intake or follow-up steps
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPETIENCE
4+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or contract management
Experience working in global and multicultural environments
Contract review and vendor negotiation exposure preferred
General Procure 2 Pay process knowledge
High sense of ownership, urgency, and adaptability to shifting priorities
Excellent communication in English (written and spoken) – clear, concise, and proactive
Stakeholder management mindset and customer service orientation
Proficiency in procurement tools and systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba, WSS, Excel)
DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS
2 - 4 years experience with supplier management
1 - 3 years experience with IT
Customer management experience
Solid oral, written, presentation, interpersonal and meeting coordination skills
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Ability to interpret contracts, understand procurement policies, and flag risk
Hands-on experience with IT categories (SaaS, software, hardware, support)
Familiarity with Professional Services & Labor categories (contractors, deliverables-based work, time
tracking, etc.)
