**Required Education/Experience**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or other equivalent field of study and 2 years of relevant work experience.
**Relevant Work Experience**
+ 2 years of operations, planning, or engineering experience in a technical and analytical capacity - Required
+ Knowledge of basic financial concepts - Required
+ Ability to cross-reference reports, identify discrepancies, and independently resolve inconsistencies - Required
+ Exhibit strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various internal departments and external agencies in a professional manner - Required
+ Proficient in computer applications MS Word, Excel, Power Point - Required
+ Strong technical and analytical skills - Required
+ Basic knowledge of power plant equipment and operation - Preferred
+ Basic knowledge of the PI system - Preferred
**Licenses and Certifications**
+ Driver's License Required
**Physical Demands**
+ Sit or stand to answer a phone for the duration of the workday
+ Sit or stand to use a keyboard, mouse, and computer for the duration of the workday
+ Stand to use/operate office equipment for the duration of the workday
+ Ability to read small print and symbols
**Additional Physical Demands**
+ The selected candidate will be assigned a System Emergency Assignment (i.e., an emergency response role) and will be expected to work non-business hours during emergencies, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
