Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams, which build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Analyst, SQL Database located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Manager, IT, the SQL Database Analyst role is responsible for providing technical, administrative, and implementation support for SQL Databases and related Business applications. Ensuring ITIL practices are followed diligently at all times.

What a typical day looks like:

Extract and manipulate data from databases using SQL queries.Understand and apply Flex policies and procedures in data management tasks.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill data requirements and generate reports.Maintain awareness of database structures and the functional impact on work processes.Demonstrate familiarity with virtualization technologies.Possess general knowledge of computing infrastructure (storage, backups, hypervisors, networking).Be knowledgeable in operating systems such as Windows and Linux.Support data cleaning and validation processes to ensure data quality.Generate data reports and visualizations to assist in decision-making.Stay updated with emerging technologies in the data analysis field.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

BA/BS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.Jr experience as a DBA, app support, or other field.Basic knowledge of SQL and experience with database manipulation.Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate openly with other departments.Eagerness to learn new tools and technologies quickly.Intermediate English.Knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems.
