Analyst, Sales Support

The Analyst will join a team, supporting a Senior Analyst, Manager and Director. Together, they will provide consistent superior client service. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communications, be consultative and solution-oriented, and be capable of meeting deadlines. The Analyst must be a team player, committed to contributing to a team environment and collaborating with team members (in remote environments) to provide the highest quality service to clients. Day-to-day responsibilities:

Proposal Writing – Develop and write proposals to describe the estimated work for new opportunities. This includes maintaining a library of proposal content and language. Project Management – The Analyst is responsible for updating the pipeline of work for the Sales Support Team. This includes interacting with other teams to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner and ensuring proposals are written in a timely manner to meet all required deadlines. Salesforce Reporting & Updates – Update Salesforce records with proposal details and run reports upon request.

Essential traits:

College degree or comparable work experience required. 3+ years of experience in proposal writing, sales support, or a similar role. Prior experience in the Settlement Administration Industry or in the legal field preferred, but not required. Strong written communication skills with the ability to effectively draft professional proposal responses. High proficiency in Salesforce, MS Office Suite, and PDF editor programs Excellent organizational skills  Strong ability to collaborate and communicate with colleagues at all levels and across departments Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
