Why We Have This Role
\n\nQualtrics is seeking an Analyst, Sales Proposals who excels in collaborating with Subject Matter Experts and Field Sellers to articulate compelling value propositions. Our ideal candidate possesses 2-3 years of experience in proposal or bid writing, coupled with some direct industry knowledge pertinent technology solutions. This role is suited for individuals with strong proposal/bid management capabilities, adept at authoring and editing both technical and persuasive content, with a demonstrated history of developing successful proposals or coordinating RFP responses.\n\nHow You’ll Find Success
\nYour success in this role will be evident when the sales team consistently demonstrates trust and reliance on your expertise for their proposal needs. You will produce compelling work, exhibit excellent organizational skills, effectively manage multiple tasks, and skillfully manage your time and deal teams. Successful candidates will typically demonstrate:\n\nThe ability to deliver high-quality, reliable, and productive work, consistently seeking opportunities for improvement and applying feedback effectively.\nProficiency in discerning deep, rich audience value messaging , and capable of balancing departmental projects with multiple concurrent proposals.\nExpertise in adapting proposal and project management methodologies to achieve extraordinary results, even under challenging deadlines. This includes a strict adherence to deadlines and requirements.\nA strong grasp of compliance-focused responses and the capacity to translate complex technical content into clear, concise proposal language. This also involves upholding strict client guidelines for formatting and submission and adherence to legal compliance processes.\nA high standard for executive messaging regarding client current state, Qualtrics solutions, and value propositions , including the ability to identify and integrate relevant evidence.\nAn understanding of regional nuances and the capacity to contribute thoughtful insights for process improvement.\nStrong eye for graphic design and visual communications.\n\nHow You’ll Grow

\n\nLead and/or manage the proposal creation process for responses to RFx’s with strong adherence to compliance.\nDevelop and maintain compelling, persuasive RFP content that clearly articulates the value of our Experience Management offerings.\nLeverage prepared templates to create visually appealing proposals that effectively convey Qualtrics’ value proposition and delight customers.\nRigorously review proposals to ensure a precise, client-ready product, including meticulous proofreading for content, grammar, style, and formatting, as well as organizing and attaching necessary exhibits.\nConsistently implement Qualtrics brand messaging, maintaining tone, style, and theme across all responses.\nEffectively demonstrate and promote the Qualtrics value proposition.\nEngage with Qualtrics’ subject matter experts to inform responses to RFPs and maintain the technical accuracy of content within the knowledge base.\nDirectly partner with Sales teams to bridge process knowledge gaps, communicate the value of the Proposals team, and optimize internal workflows.\nContribute to the creation of micro sites to visually and interactively communicate value.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For On Your Resume
\n\nWe prioritize demonstrated capability and tangible outcomes over traditional qualifications or years of experience. This section is designed to help candidates ascertain if they possess the essential attributes for this role. While you may not meet every listed criterion, we seek the ideal person, not merely a perfect CV.\n2-3 years of experience in proposal or bid writing or related roles such as technical writing, administrative support for complex projects, or project coordination.\nA proven track record of success in roles demanding meticulous attention to detail and process management.\nDemonstrated ability to enhance efficiency or uphold high standards within fast-paced environments.\nExceptional command of written and spoken English, coupled with a demonstrated ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling narratives. Experience in distilling complex information into easily digestible content and effective communication with diverse stakeholders is essential.\nStrong analytical and quantitative skills, including the capacity to interpret large, complex data sets.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, vital for effective collaboration across cross-functional teams.\nDemonstrated graphic design skills, with an eye for visual consistency and impact, particularly in supporting proposal creation, executive presentations, or similar business documents.\nHands-on experience with key software platforms, including:\n\n\nProposal Management: Responsive (formerly RFPIO)\nDesign & Document Creation: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe InDesign\nProductivity Suites: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail), Coda.io\nCollaboration and Communication: Slack\n\n\n\nWhat You Should Know About This Team
