Job Description

Team Summary 

Reporting to the VP, Payment Ecosystem Risk, the Ecosystem Risk Operations team is responsible for: 

robust operational execution of the Visa Risk programs (VAMP, VIMP, VIRP, FRECOP) and the Ecosystem Data Security programs (TPA, AIS)  partnering with the Ecosystem Risk SME team to ensure holistic investigation and enforcement of the Risk and Ecosystem Data Security programs 

What an Analyst, Risk Program Operations 

As an Analyst within the Ecosystem Risk Operations team, you will need to understand the strategic, commercial, technical, and ecosystem implications of an efficient and robust execution of the programs. Your daily work will vary between data analytics against performance thresholds, review and intake of data security registration forms, billing and revenue management across the various programs. You will engage with a diverse range of stakeholder groups in our AP markets and the Singapore Market Support Centre to educate, advise and align ensuring smooth operations of the programs. 

Key Responsibilities 

Monitor, investigate and report on the Visa Risk Programs performance through intelligent and efficient use of data analytics and dashboards 

Conduct the intake and review of the Ecosystem Data Security program registrations (Third Party Agent Registration [TPA], Account Information Security [AIS])  

Manage the notifications and billing of program fees and non-compliant assessments when applicable

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

What you will need:   

We are looking for an early career individual with a curiosity about payments, detail oriented, results-driven, and client focused.  

Degree in any relevant disciplineMinimum 6 years of relevant work experience in an operations, preferably within the banking or payment industry.  Work with a sense of urgency and deliver under tight deadlines Possesses a proactive approach and will do what it takes to move a project forward (ownership)  Quantitative aptitude with attention to detail and process orientation needed to manage revenue and billing operations  Effective verbal and written communication skills, able to speak the language of the recipient  Comfortable working independently within a complex and often ambiguous environment.  Strong planning, organising and stakeholder management skills A keen eye for process and program improvement where relevant  Deep proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, PowerPoint is a strong advantage   Knowledge or curiosity about Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards is a plus
