Support and train Retailers with all technical and application solutions within the Retail Technology suite of services including back-office HQ and store applications, point-of-sale, sign/tag software, networking, etc. Provide hardware service and support to resolve issues with Retailer equipment including servers, computers, network, and point-of-sale. Conduct remote and on-site field support in Retail supermarkets for Retailers, including after-hours on-call rotations. Complete intermediate-level application training for Retailers on the Retail Technology suite of services.Travel Required:Yes
