Responsibilities:
As an Analyst you will embody drive, embrace change and take risks. You will influence others to solve problems and be a team player in our Restructuring business.
Assisting with day-to-day management of engagements such as fixed asset receiverships, corporate receiverships, court winding up and voluntary liquidations, examinerships, financial restructuring, forensic investigations, corporate advisory and fund solutions Assisting with drafting reports for charge holders, loan servicers, High Court and creditors Processing payments within the portfolio of assignments, assisting in the preparation of statutory returns for the Companies Registration Office, VAT and other statutory tax returns to the Revenue Commissioners, assisting with the analysis of books and records, and dealing with claims of creditors, Performing bank reconciliations, cash-flow forecasts, estimated outcome accounts and ad hoc financial analysisRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field Recent relevant experience with a professional accounting or financial advisory firm; Driven, self-starter that can work collaboratively and solve problems; Good business sense and a proactive, can-do attitude; Strong organizational, problem solving and analytical skills; and Excellent communication skills (written and spoken).*Recent graduates with professional experience will also be considered.
