What You Will Do:
The Analyst plays a pivotal role in driving reimbursement and market access activities for the Instruments division. This dynamic position involves maintaining and updating essential collateral, tools, and resources, while providing top-notch support to both internal and external customers. By collaborating with the reimbursement and market access team, the Analyst shares valuable trends and insights from customer experiences to continually enhance team offerings. Additionally, the Analyst interfaces with key stakeholders across various functions, ensuring seamless integration and impactful contributions to the business unit's success.
Maintains and updates collateral to educate internal and external customers on reimbursement and market access information.
Responds to customer inquiries promptly and compliantly, while tracking interactions to support compliance standards.
Analyzes medical claims data and CMS policy changes, communicating internal impacts and informing business strategies.
Supports commercial activities by collaborating with sales, sales leadership, and patient access teams.
Partners with clinical affairs to incorporate clinical evidence into educational and promotional materials.
Maintains an internal database to track payer policy changes and inform commercial partners.
Delivers training content for new hires and ongoing education, occasionally engaging in field-based customer education.
Identifies and pursues opportunities to enhance team capabilities and offerings.

$60,100 - $121,600 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
