About the Role

To assist in Regional Offices administration tasks and provide excellent service regarding policy collection in Regional Offices.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Assist in Regional office administration tasks, including policy printing, stamping, recording of stamps, and policy collection.Provide excellent service to agents regarding policy collection.Manage stock related to stationery and stamps, ensuring adequate levels are maintained.Keeping track of merchandise items inventory and assist in merchandising items, gifts issue in Regional Offices.Assist to manager for arranging the events, marketing campaigns, awareness drives and activities.Handling administrative matters such as processing paperwork, managing meeting rooms, coordinating and communicating accordingly.Supporting in the managing of the maintenance of office and facility equipment.Provide general support to internal & external customers.Provide administrative support to other departments or projects as needed.Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related degree.Minimum 2 years of working experiences in related fieldHands-on experience with office equipment (printer, etc.)Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)Good interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work independently and handle multiple tasks
