The Real Time Analyst is a key member of the workforce team supporting delivery management, client reporting and problem resolution. This person will work closely with the operations team to ensure integrity of the data systems. This person will utilize monitoring of systems to ensure appropriate staffing levels and agent availability to meet client expectations and Concentrix's scheduling standards. This role will support in the management of intraday processes to enable operations to achieve SLA and maximizing efficiencies across all lines of businesses.Essential responsibilities:
Responsible for preparing daily, weekly and monthly client/internal reports.Preparation of weekly performance / KPI reports and maintaining performance dashboardsPreparing ad-hoc reports & analysis for management reporting and needsAssisting in automating reports by designing macrosPreparing Monthly performance data for incentives for OperationsData extract and data upload from the client system to the CNX sideCapacity planning and Scheduling for processMaintaining and updating trackers for ongoing programs & projectsOptimize use of tools/technology & to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the organizationSupporting key strategic projects involving Data mining & AnalyticsHighlight data abnormalities that one may spot in the dataset before handResolve escalated issues and requests from the account management Desired Skills :Process documentation & developmentProject managementTeam player with willingness to learn and drive to achieveMinimum 2 years experience within a similar roleExperience within the BPO industry is preferredAdvanced proficiency in MS ExcelSkill to automate reports - preferredAbility to handle pressure situationsAbility to spot, correct and highlight errors.Ability to simplify complex operations into repeatable processesReady to work in dynamic 24*7This is an onsite role based at our Mississauga Ontario siteThe base salary range for this position is $60k- $65k, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
