You will be contributing positive financial and client impact based on extensive knowledge, ability to ensure quality and connect various groups to successfully perform title and licensing activities according to regulatory and client specification.
A Day in the Life
Design and deploy a quality framework that enables the measurement, monitoring and feedback mechanisms to business owners to anticipate, adjust, correct, or inspect their business processesConduct regular audits for service transactions to ensure compliance with company standards and client requirementsIdentify defects, deviations, and areas for improvement in service delivery through collection and analyzing data from various sources to identify trends and patternsPrepare detailed reports and presentations on quality performance metricsCollaborate with operational teams, Client Advocacy, FPS, and Customer Care to develop and implement quality improvement initiativesRecommend process changes and enhancements to improve service quality and efficiencyPartner with Client Advocacy to track the effectiveness of implemented changes and continuously seek opportunities for improvementPartner with Operational Leaders and/or Trainer on development of materials and conduct workshops to educate employees on quality assurance processesSupport team members in understanding quality expectations and achieving performance goalsPartner with Client Advocacy and Client Experience to ensure audits are correlated with client experience and operational data to identify issues and areas for improvementEnsure adherence to industry regulations, company policies, and quality standardsMaintain documentation related to quality assurance activities and compliance requirementsRequirements
Required High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred2 – 4 years of related professional experience preferredAbility to work flexible hours and overtime when neededSelf-motivated and able to work independently while managing multiple tasks at onceProficient in MS OfficeExcellent written and verbal skills demonstrated through a writing sampleComfortable working in a fast-paced organization, able to shift to different prioritiesThe hiring base salary range for this position is $60,400 to $83,100 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
