Skills, knowledge & experience :**  You have a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in the aerospace industry or similar;  You hold a bachelor’s degree in Administration or Engineering – a PMP is an asset;  You have strong team leadership skills as well as solid analytical, planning and problem-solving abilities and like to think outside of the box;  You are driving for results and taking initiatives to achieve personal and team objectives;  You have the desire to improve the efficiency of business processes with both technology and process improvement methodologies;  You are a highly organized individual;  You have strong oral and written communication skills in both English and French;  You are proficient in MS Office suite (O365 environment);  You are a good team player and highly reliable.
