Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Product Analyst to join our team. The IT Product Analyst will play a key role in the development and enhancement of our IT products, working closely with stakeholders to ensure that our solutions meet business requirements and deliver value to our users.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of existing products to identify areas for improvement and new opportunities. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize product requirements. Market Research: Perform market and competitive analysis to inform product development and positioning. User Stories: Develop and maintain detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to guide the development process. Roadmap Planning: Assist in the creation and maintenance of product roadmaps and release plans. Solution Design: Work with the development team to design technical solutions that meet business needs. Testing and Validation: Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure products meet the specified requirements and are ready for release. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including specifications, user guides, and training materials. Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team to ensure clear understanding and alignment on product goals. Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve product offerings.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science. At least 4 years of experience in IT.
