Analyst, Process Integration - Facilities & Construction

How you’ll make an impact:

As an Analyst, Process Integration you are responsible for the efficient operations of our Facilities and Construction Project Management departments. This includes a critical focus on change management and organization. This role participates in the completion of small to medium scale projects and will require you to

Determine and discern detailed requirements on small-to-mid scale projects to establish the project deliverables and develop the project management plan, and manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs.Update project management plan to reflect authorized project changes.Lead the execution of tasks as defined in the project management plan and actively manage project risk.Assess project performance in order to monitor the progress of the project, identify and quantify variances.Develop and implements corrective actions and communicate to all stakeholders.Establish project expectations and coordinate team members and stakeholder relationships, and communications.Manage project closure activities, including gathering lessons learned.Actively participate in one or more Project Management Office (PMO) continuous improvement activitiesOther incidental duties

What you’ll need (Required):

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with 3 years of experience in managing small-to-mid scale projects

Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite and related project management systemsExcellent documentation and communication skillsModerate understanding and knowledge of principles, theories, and concepts relevant to managing project plansSufficient problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skillsStrict Attention to detailAbility to work in a team environment, including the ability to manage vendors and project stakeholdersAbility to build productive internal/external working relationshipsAdhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control

For California (CA), the base pay range for this position is $72,000 to $102,000 (highly experienced).
