Job Summary:
The Pricing Operations Team is responsible for the configuration, review, and application of pricing for merchant accounts globally. In this role, you’ll learn our end-to-end price-to-contract process and seek to become a subject matter expert in pricing implementation.As a Pricing Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for one of the most critical phases of the deal flow: assessing pricing accuracy with the contract, configuring pricing, and validating applied pricing. You’ll have the opportunity to partner with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Account Managers, Legal, Compliance, and Pricing Platform teams. You will also be responsible for identifying ways to optimize, automate, and streamline processes to drive the team to work as effectively as possible.

A Pricing Operations Analyst acts as a subject matter expert and liaison between our Sales/Account Management teams and our Pricing Platform. An Analyst is expected to consult on complex deals to ensure that requested pricing features are supported within our system capabilities. An Analyst should have strong attention to detail and ensure that we are both delighting our customers with fast, accurate price application and maintaining our Pricing Compliance controls. This is a business-critical operational role that serves to ensure that merchants are priced accurately per the terms of their contract.
