The role is based in our Budapest GSS (hybrid model combining office & remote work). You’ll join a team of agile, customer-focused thinkers who collaboratively solve difficult business problems.

Where You’ll Make a DifferenceManage inbound queries from IFF employees via the Ticket Service SystemProvide consistent and accurate support using the HR knowledge baseEducate employees and managers on available HR resources and self-service toolsEscalate or redirect inquiries to appropriate HR or external teams (e.g., Payroll)Maintain and update employee data in HRIS systems throughout the employee lifecycleCreate and manage employee documentation and personnel filesHandle sensitive information with discretion and sound judgmentIdentify and relay opportunities for process improvementCollaborate closely with stakeholders and support peers in problem resolution

What Makes You the Right FitFluent in Arabic and English, both written and spokenBachelor’s degree in HR or related field (preferred)Strong customer service orientation and issue-resolution mindsetExcellent communication skills and attention to detailComfortable handling confidential HR informationProficient in MS Office and typingExperience in HR or customer contact centers is a plusFamiliarity with HR systems and policies is preferredAble to manage high volumes of inquiries with accuracy and timeliness
