Your New Role… 

We are seeking a detail-oriented Analyst Procure to Pay - Customer Care to join our team. This role is responsible for providing world-class, proactive customer service to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures. 

Your New Accountabilities… 

Investigate and resolve complex issues, including missing payments, duplicate invoices, and purchase order discrepancies. 

Respond to inquiries promptly and accurately via ServiceNow, email, phone and chat. 

Ensure all Procure to Pay (PTP) inquiries are handled in compliance with company policies. 

Deliver support to global internal and external customers across various regions. 

Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes. 

Complete ad hoc assignments as directed by management. 

Support system enhancements, process improvements, and the implementation of new company codes, including testing and validation. 

Qualifications & Experience…  

Bachelor’s degree in business or commerce. 

2–5 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable or related finance functions. 

Strong understanding of AP processes and financial controls. 

Experience with ServiceNow is a plus. 

Proficiency in SAP and Ariba is preferred. 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. 

High attention to detail and accuracy. 

Demonstrated ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones. 

Flexible, adaptable, and able to thrive in a global environment. 

Proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering results.
