We are seeking an Analyst, P+ Content Finance to oversee expense and cash management for programming and production across assigned markets within Paramount+ International. This role is crucial in supporting the VCNI Streaming organization, providing financial insights and ensuring efficient financial operations. As a key member of the Content Finance team, you will play a vital role in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, helping drive strategic decision-making for the international streaming business. You will report to the Director, P+ International Programming Finance, working as an integral part of the International Streaming Programming Finance team. This is a **fixed-term position for 1 year** . **What Youll Do:** + Business Partnering: Serve as the primary finance partner for assigned regional VCNI Streaming Content Acquisition & Strategy teams, providing insights to guide decision-making. + Financial Planning & Analysis: Own the financial planning cycle for expenses and cash flow, including budgeting, long-range planning, and forecasting, in collaboration with Finance Directors and business partners. + Data Management & Reporting: Work closely with Programming teams to gather accurate data and ensure seamless integration into financial systems. + Portfolio Analytics: Enhance and utilize financial systems and tools to drive global P+ International portfolio analytics. + Performance Measurement: Develop and maintain content analytics reports (periodic and ad hoc) to provide meaningful insights for P+ programming decisions. + Financial Close Processes: Oversee the monthly and quarterly financial close processes, collaborating with the Record-to-Report (RTR) teams. + Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities for efficiency and improvement in financial workflows. + Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with the P+ team to ensure alignment on KPIs and enterprise-wide financial metrics. **Required Qualifications:** + Higher education degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. + Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CA, CFA, or equivalent). + MBA or additional professional certifications preferred. **Essential Skills & Experience:** + **2+ years of experience** in finance/accounting. + Strong expertise in **budgeting, financial analysis, and strategic planning** . + Advanced proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** , including **automated financial modeling** . + Solid understanding of **US GAAP** or equivalent accounting principles. + Exceptional **analytical skills** , with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. + Strong **project management and organizational abilities** , with keen attention to detail. + A **continuous improvement mindset** , with the ability to **motivate others and drive efficiencies** . + **Proactive self-starter** with a strong **customer service orientation** , willing to go the extra mile to support stakeholders. + Confidence in **building relationships** and engaging with **all levels of management** . + Excellent **communication and presentation skills** . + Experience with **SAP, Oracle, Longview, or Alteryx** is a plus. **We believe you will enjoy working with us because:** + Our private health insurance program provides access to private clinics with screening package. + Our monthly cafeteria package includes SZP card, nursery, and home loan support. + We work in a hybrid mode, with 2-3 days expected at the office per week. + We have a dog-friendly office, so you can bring your furry friend to work. + Every week, we offer fresh fruit days for our employees. + We provide eyewear support to help with the cost of glasses. + Employees can enjoy exclusive pre-premiere screenings before official releases Paramount+, a direct-to-consumer digital subscription video on-demand and live streaming service from Paramount Global, combines live sports, breaking news, and a mountain of entertainment.
